- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in food and beverage management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Working experience in hospitality is REQUIRED.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create and update menus.
- Ensure that menu offerings are diverse, appealing, and priced competitively.
- Monitor food trends and customer preferences to adapt the menu as needed.
- Create staff schedules, oversee shifts, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Set and maintain high standards for customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, including service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Set and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the department.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor and supply costs.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and profit and loss statements.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
- Ensure that food quality, presentation, and taste meet established standards.
- Address equipment maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers and negotiate contracts.
